Where the hell is the VR-11?

One of the main things I was excited for was seeing the VR-11 finally return after years, but I haven’t found anything relating to it online.

Is there some sort of quest relating to it? Because I have only seen one video of someone actually using the thing in the dark aether.

…or maybe they forgot to add it.

But seriously, does anyone know anything about it in MWZ?
