AEK-973 full auto blueprint on Area 99?

There’s a hard spawn blueprint of the AEK-973 in the second story of the circled building. It’s in the Nuketown Shipping area. I landed on it multiple games and it’s always there, easily the most OP gun I’ve used so far.

I can’t replicate the class or get the gun to full auto in a created class either. Anyone know where to find info on this?
