INSANE FPS lag + 14 files failed to validate

As title says. Unplayable. I would say I average 10 fps, even in the menu. I have a 3080ti with a ryzen 7 5800x3d. I've tried everything I saw online. Yesterday I did a factory reset of my pc. The game would be fine for 1 day. Now it's back to the same problem. Do I need to reset my pc every time I want to play warzone? Anyone having this issue? Would the 14 files failed to validate be the cause?
