Router drilling block seized

Help me keep this old Morbidelli alive, drilling block turns slowly and trips breaker after 15 seconds. It may have been over greased, I removed zerks and turned it with a cordless drill and purged as much grease as I can. Sprayed a bunch of wd40 in there, (IDGAF, all I need is another year out of this beast). Still needs a lot of torque to turn. SCM tech told me these are a nightmare to remove, and then align all the shafts upon reinstalling. Can’t find any individual spindle that is seized, motor turns freely within its backlash.
