Naming Styles of Kingdom Rulers (Kingdom-Tier)

Am I in the minor here with thinking Kingdom-Tier title holdings should have the same naming styles as Empire-Tier ones?

Like if i create/reinstate the Kingdom of The Torrentine or The Kingdom of Runestone, or conqueror all the Disputed Lands (all kingdom-tier titles), and someone later down the line inherits that title that shares my same name, they should be King/Queen Joe/Jane Schmo II, III, IV so on and so forth.
