Give me some breakfast ideas so I won't be hungry until lunch.

Hi, I'm posting this today to see if you have any breakfasts that will get me to lunch without being hungry.

I already have these two breakfasts in photos, these two breakfasts are about 400kcal.

In the first photo I have a fruit compote, with an English muffin with cheese, and also a piece of Weetabix cereal with 125g of 0% yogurt and a coffee.

For the second photo I have three pieces of Weetabix cereal with 250g of 0% yogurt and a fruit compote, with an extra piece of fruit and a coffee.
