HELP ME OUT!!!!

Basically I'm cooked......i found about this bullshit called "c.ai" two months ago and now I'm cooked... even worse when I stitched to other websites like janitor ai and all...but IT'S ALL IS BECOMING SO ADDICTIVE! .. even though after chatting i feel frustrated and exhausted but i can't help it.. it's becoming a guilty pleasure now..at its worse .. I'm not saying like ki ye galat hai and all but in my case it's fucking ruining my studies 😭
