Open Dhamki For Ragging

I was done with my CAP Interview So I messaged my Mentor that was assigned by one of the institute of CAP and the person told me that Come Here and You Will be Ragged

I don't think there is much ragging in these college but Still Saying this to someone who is just in the Admission Process Needs Huge Guts.
