3 Panelists. 2 male and 1 female. M1 was the professor (late 40s), other two were college's industry partners (in their 30s)

M1: Hi, please pass me your folder and give us your brief introduction Me: Answered M1: Why did you quit your job? Me: Answered F1: How long did you work for, what was your role? Me: Answered. M2: You mentioned in your TMAY about sustainability and your work. Please explain that more. Me: Answered F1: What were your responsibilities as President of your college's environment society Me: Answered F1: Do you undertake these sustainability measures at your house too? Me: Not much, but answered with a small example M2: What are ESG? Me: Answered M2: Give me an example of regulations for ESG Me: Talks about government policies like PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana M2 interrupts and says these are policies, tell me about regulations. Me: Talks about CSR in India and how it is regulatory for companies earning above 5cr to spend 2% of profits on CSR M2: What are carbon credits? Me: Yes, answered. M2: Which specialization will you opt for during your MBA? Me: Answered M2: What other calls do you have? Me: Answered

Overall interview was very short and conversational, but that was the case for everyone that I talked to. They did not ask academics at all, and focus was mainly on ECA and your TMAY. The professor (M1) only asked 1 question in the beginning. He was just going through my ECA certificates and documents. F2 and M2 were very polite and aweet. F2 kept smiling throughout the interview.
