Caught on XLRI Interview Cam: Should I Blackmail the Interviewer or Report Him?

I was monitoring the XLRI interview cameras. Should I blackmail the interviewer or report him?

So, uh… I work security at XLRI, and part of my job is monitoring the cameras in the interview rooms. I usually just sit through hours of boring interviews, but today, I saw something wild.

One of the candidates (who posted here, you know who you are ) tried to kiss the interviewer. And the dude was completely caught off guard. I had to do a double-take at the screen because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Now here’s the deal: My girlfriend has been trying to get into XLRI for two years, and she’s on the borderline. If I send an anonymous email to this interviewer, hinting that I have footage of the "incident," do you think I could convince him to "adjust" my girlfriend’s application? Or should I just email the XLRI authorities and let them deal with it?

I need advice—do I go full villain mode or play it safe?
