Had a second interview one month ago

Hi all,

I had a second interview with CalTrans one month ago today, and I still haven’t heard anything. Does this mean I didn’t get the job? How often do they contact you to let you know you didn’t get it? Should I email them and say I’m still very interested in the position? I’m so depressed; I really wanted the job!
