Potential (but not perfect) remedy

I just wanted to throw one potential idea for a solution. Of course, a lot of people have been making really great suggestions, and I appreciate seeing more posts about them.

I'm not sure if anyone else has suggested this, but for those of us who took this [extremely unfair] Feb 2025 bar, if we pass the MBE or score well on the essay portion, but do not pass the entire exam, we should not have to take the section we did pass either for the Summer 2025 bar.

Thoughts on the feasibility and/or this is something the CA Bar would even consider? Or, if people don't think this is good solution, I'd like to learn about those perspectives too.
