Nuna... Where do I even get started?
I wish I didn't have to spend time writing this post. The Nuna website has me absolutely incensed. After initial queries to friends and family, and a cursory look on Consumer Reports, I decided to take a deeper look into Nuna. Where do I even get started?! Are the items in alphabetical order? No. Should I go with a travel system? Beats me, nothing on the website suggests whether this category is a bundle(which I wouldn't mind) or is actually intended for travelling. Do some of these systems have a base or are baseless? I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW, BUT THE WEBSITE DOESN'T HAVE A FILTER. Why are there so many different SKU's and versions? Is there a compatibility guide or filter that will prevent me from buying disparate set of products that won't work? For example, will this bassinet work with this stroller? The Nuna product marketer and designer need to be put on a performance improvement plan. There is no guided buying or questionnaire. A great ecommerce experience should funnel me to their top 2 or 3 products. I dream of being a father of a large family some day and I am willing and ready to part way with my money. I'm begging to be a loyal and devoted customer. Nuna, please revisit this hellscape you call your website. It might be the 9th circle of Dante's Inferno.
If anyone actually has bought infant seat, base, stroller, and bassinet from there and have a rec. I'm all ears.
