Good european alternative to Levis Jeans

Hello there,

im a simple man and i found my one model of black jeans from levis I always wear. Every few years, I buy a new pair or two if the old ones are worn trough. Levis is founded by a german immigrant to the us, but that doesnt make the company any less american. Do you have any good alternatives?
