Buying Canadian strategy

Everyone of us, who can financially, should buy Canadian over most alternatives. If no Candian alternative, go for anywhere else in the world, except chumpland obviously. I think almost all of us agree to this. The strategy part: for those who struggle financially, like students, and cannot do this, wait for the chump products to go on steep discounts because of our boycott and then go at it. The corporation, nobody's friends, in for profits, will gradually stop importing the product since they will have no option and will start changing their sources.

I am sure there are flaws in this idea. Please feel free to point them out. Go Canada! Elbows Up!
