Work shoes: comfy, can wear socks, professional?

I want to dress a bit more business casual for work but I am stuck on what shoes to wear! Preferably not a heel. I like the look of loafers but they don’t allow for socks, and I don’t like bare feet. I also want them to be comfortable. I cannot find anything that meets my criteria. Please help!
