Composting Animal and Human Waste

Hi everyone, I'm in Bushwick Brooklyn off the L Wilson station in an apartment with no yard. I also asked the zero waste community for any sorts of recommendations for this as well as I am attempting to live a low waste lifestyle. I thought that Curbside Composting would take animal waste (I pick up my dog's poop with compostable poop bags) but I just found out that animal waste should NOT being going into Curbside Composting bins and asks that we dispose it with our trash. With that being said, does anyone know a way to ensure my pet's waste gets composted? I am also looking at some compostable baby wipes for human use, and I'm not sure what to do with that either. They aren't flushable. I would love to take everything to a garden that receives compost, but the ones near me receive compost on a weekly basis. Since it's human and animal waste I'm not quite sure how to make that work in a sanitary and accessible way since I don't have the time to collect all the waste in one area and bike it over every day either. Is anyone familiar with NYC compost options or recommendations?

EDIT: I want to take the advice of not putting it in general compost, I have learned that lesson. Does anyone know about access to animal waste compost nearby? Battery Park City has a dog waste program, and I would love to know if there's a closer-by option out there.
