30% off employee disc

I’ve been trying to find out what holiday will qualify for the extra 15% discount with out having to ask my manager🥲 I always keep to myself at work so i don’t have any of my coworkers numbers or anything & I rlly don’t want to ask my manager for personal reasons. Even asked another cashier when i visited a different burlington, but no one seems to know lol
