too bad too soon?

today was my first official day of working, I was being trained by a person for like 15 mins and then she left me. she admitted that she specializes in a different position but for some reason she was the one picked to train me. turns out she trained me incorrectly and I messed up on my task because I followed what she told me to do. another worker made me aware that what i was doing was incorrect, then she told the supervisor. the supervisor then told me to just clock out. i literally only worked for 1 hour and 45 minutes and they sent me home when i was scheduled to do 6 hours. guess they are too busy to properly train me. will it get better?
