Regulations for temporary Intex pool in Amherst?

On vacation from our Buffalo winter right now and really enjoying having access to a pool. Looking into buying a temporary Intex pool to put up this summer. I live in Amherst. I’m wondering if I can just put it up and be fine or if there are rules/regulations that I have to be aware of or if I I need a permit. Anyone know?
