Need advice

Joined a tier 3 college with electrical engineering. Need some advices like is it worth it to go for higher studies in electrical (in India). And also mere college se jo seniors placed hue hai woh electrical related companies mai hue honge ki IT companies mai yeh bhi nahi pta. Should I try for branch change?mujhe cse mai koi genuine interest bhi nahi hai. Or I should focus in other exams related to my course for govt jobs and higher studies.
