Artwork cost

I just wonder how much cost artwork? How much do you think cost for example Submerged - Torture At The Depths or Putridity - Degenerating Antrhropophagical Euphoria ? I was thinking about ask someone to make me artwork but i dont wanna be idiot and say some stupid price so im asking
