You can't trace the local calls after all

So the other big "breakthrough" of the season, that maybe Bronwyn's calls could be traced, isn't correct after all. So two of the three big clues we found out over 2 seasons: he didn't register his car, and now "maybe we can trace the local calls" are dead. The final clue is the timing of his flight, that does feel more concrete, but without actual proof of the landing time etc, it's still not very concrete. (i'm not including the medicare cheque because it's dumb)

This from the facebook post: "I went to a Telstra/Telecom/PMG Facebook group to ask if anyone recalled when the Lennox Head telephone exchange upgraded to Total Call Record Charging (TCRC, otherwise known as local call itemisation). Some back and forth with people who gave estimated dates until someone provided the date as 6 August 1997." (there's more but that is the salient point.)

IDK man, I listened to that episode - an hour of my life & I paid for it - and now it was pointless. I love Headley but have to agree with the others that this feels purposely drawn out for the money.
