What to do after ending relationship 23f

I 23F just ended a 6 year relationship the other day and part of me wants to look for someone to talk to to fill the void and part of me is curious about starting to explore other options but I feel like I just ended the relationship shouldn’t I focus on myself instead of jumping into the dating life again? Ik it ultimately up to me but I feel wrong thinking about moving on too quickly.
