*Time Sensitive* How can I fix these??

I baked these beautiful loaves of sourdough for my neighbor Christmas gifts and the taste is spot on, cooked internally to a solid 205 F but I left them to cool in the oiled-parchment lined loaf tins and the condensation (at least I suspect this is why) has caused the bottom to look and feel a bit gummy and stodgy! Can I toss them in the oven on air fry or maybe broil for a while? Upside down? Back in the tins upside down? Please help me save these!
