What time is it???

I was just asleep, I went to bed at like 11, woke up thinking, probably not long till dad comes in to wake me up for school (I'm in year 12 I'm old help 😭). After a few minutes, I decides to check the time... 12:54. I seriously thought maybe my phone's time got changed or smthn so I actually went to settings and hit "automatically set time", still 12:54. Have y'all ever woken up in the middle of the night thinking you got a full night's rest but you check the time and it's only been like an hour since you went to bed?
