Questions Regarding Leveling from NVHM to TVHM to UVHM

Hey folks,

I was just wondering if there were any quests I should complete during my first run through of TPS. I was also wondering if there were any quests I should avoid doing during my first run through. Should I go back and do some side quests once I'm around level 30?

I have the same questions regarding TVHM to UVHM.
