Best Characters for Doing Only One Play Through

Hey folks,

I just purchased the Handsome Jack collection. I’ve played BL1 and BL2 before, but I’ve never played TPS.

I was wondering what character for each game would be the best to play. I don’t have much time, so I won’t be able to doing further play throughs. If you could recommend a build for each character too, that would be great.
