AMD announced the 9070 XT and i got a few questions

I hear Boosteroid has some kind of contract with AMD. And you'll be upgradin the 7900XTX to the new GPUs. Will this affect the sub cost? Will it get more expensive? And how will the upgrade roll out? In waves? Will some servers get the new cards sooner than others? Thanks
