I have a 4070Ti Super, a 13700K, 32GB DDR5 5800MT/s yet I'm getting 40fps at 1080p medium settings on the forest map. My friend who has a 4060Ti, 12600k and 32GB DDR4 3600MT/s gets 40fps at 1080p epic on the forest map
