Unable to post, 8 days and counting

I've seen a few other people with this issue, so I'm just gonna drop this here too...

For the past 8 days I have been unable to:

Post
Repost
Reply
Like
Follow
Unfollow
Mute
Block

All I can do is log in, do direct messages, and log out.

This applies to both browser and mobile.

Every time I post it says it's being posted and published, but I've already confirmed with my friends that nothing I do is happening. Every time I follow someone, within 10 seconds it'll revert to them being unfollowed, and vice versa with blocks and unfollows. My ability to make use of the service is effectively null.

I do not understand what's happening.
