Ban appeal🙏

Can someone please help me out. I’ve been trying to contact the moderators for weeks now since this error occurred to me. For brief context this happened to me when I was rolling for a flow and then my game suddenly froze and next thing I knew I was banned. If anyone can help me bypass or to get through this ban I’ll be absolutely grateful.
