Normal Testosterone, high SHBG
Hi, I am a very healthy 44 years, with very good biomarkers, low RHR, etc.. I work out at least 5 days a week, cold plunge 1 / 2 x per week, etc. My testosterone levels are around the 800 Ng/Dl, which is good to normal. However, I have stubbornly high SHBG of around 71.5 nmol/L, causing low free testosterone levels. Anyone else suffer from this? Anyone understand the potential cause? Other potential co morbidity issues causing high SHBG? Anyone know of any potential solutions or natural ways to reduce SHBG? Supplements? Food? biohacks? etc. Much thanks.
