I think Dynamis is underrated because he was possessed by that necklace against Kyoya, he is a lot stronger normally as we saw in his first battle against Gingka and Ryutaro. King is not that far behind Chris and Kenta as well, but I feel he is closed to Dynamis because the 4 seasons bladers are probably stronger by default. Gingka here is with his own power otherwise he is #1. Could argue Rago with Proto Nemesis before absorbing any other star fragments would be below Gingka and Kyoya but Idk honestly.
