Did Ekusu lose in chapter 22?

After reading chapter 22 of Beyblade X of the manga, it was surprising to see Bird finally win a battle. Although Rantz may let him win on purpose. But the chapter may have implied that Ekusu has finally lost a battle. But to be honest, I don't know if Ekusu lost or not, one panel does not reveal that whole thing. Dran Brave may have burst after hitting the ground and Dran Brave and Dark Perseus collided. I find it highly likely that their battle was tied or Rantz decided to withdraw midbattle. I honestly don't know what happened. I genuinely don't know. I think it's better to wait and see the next chapter if they reveal what happened in a flashback or something.
