Employee Acknowledgements
Hey, so this may be a dumb question, but I was recently promoted to a supervisor, and I’ve been looking for different ways that I can reward my team for meeting goals.
I was told that we are not allowed to do gift cards, so I looked up the SOP today, and it basically states that we can’t administer gift cards, cash, or anything above a $50 value. My question is the other leaders out there, what do you do to reward people individually, and also, do you do any quarterly rewards for top performers?
I just want to make my store a more fun environment for the people who are losing morale.
[p.s. I am aware that the moral of the story is going down because of what is happening to the store nationwide. However, there is always a way to make somebody’s day better.]
