Help with trade in
I raised a trade in request online and shipped an Apple Watch. The device was delivered to the BB warehouse almost a month back (I have the UPS receipt and tracking number + it shows that the device has been delivered in the BB website). But it's been crickets since then. I just see one line which says "You will receive an email when we have verified your device, which could take up to 7-10 business days."
Tried contact BB chat support and they couldn't provide any help. Sent a mail to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and received an automated response that they are not in the habit of providing status updates over mail :|
Any suggestions on what I should do? I am just looking for a status update on the trade in beyond the "wait for 7-10 business days"
