Job Hunting and failing, Hellppppppp

I'm 27 with 10 years of serving/4 years of bartending experience, 2 years of Vet Tech work experience, and 1 year of car manufacturing experience. I've applied to probably 50+ jobs on indeed, 15+ places in person and I've only gotten job offers back on corporate barista jobs. I have 1 job right now where I expected to get at least 20 hours and I'm only getting 8. What am I doing wrong? Where should I go? Am I being turned away because I'm not from this area (coming from Indiana) or because my resume sucks, or whatttttt dude. I prefer to bartend at a brewery, or work in a general care veterinary clinic, but no one will even give me a call. Should I just call it and start doing Rover and DoorDash? Anyone need some random chores done? I grew up cleaning houses with my mom for 10 years of so too and none of the cleaning agencies will call me back either. Any help and intel greatly appreciated.
