What do you budget for monthly utilities?

First time homeowner here and first time with propane as our heat source, we're in Sudden Valley. Wondering what you budget for monthly utilities (water, gas, electric, garbage, etc.). The water bill was a little...shocking...and I'm revisiting our budget this morning.
