Vestiaire Pros

Hi guys! I have been looking for information on selling on Vestiaire Collective and this sub appeared on my research. However, I am shocked at the amount of negative posts about selling/buying on their website. Anyone who has had a positive experience can share what helped with the experience being a good one? I had listed an item two weeks ago and just received an offer I think is worth taking, but I am selling from Canada and the buyer is in Europe. From my researches, it looks like it will take 14 days (from the day the item is delivered) for payment to be confirmed, but I won’t see the payment a few days after the payment is confirmed. Anyone knows how long it would be roughly until I see my payment? I just don’t want to be freaking out thinking that something is wrong! I am worrying a little bit about the whole thing after reading so many negatives and I am starting to have second thoughts about going through with this sale. Help!!
