Virtual Program Woes

Are programs supposed to be mostly virtual without much interaction, basically like a conveyer belt towards a surgery date? That what I'm exprienceing, but I don't know if that's normal. I can contact staff via secure email, but there are no in person classes or in person support groups its all via an app, and so I'm not sure if I should change programs or maybe they are all like this. I'm in the DC area in the USA.
