Looking for tips - I’ve gotten off track
Lowest was 175, currently at 223. I know what I’m doing wrong, I’m just having a hard time getting back on track fully. It’s all mental. Like I’ve been told, they don’t do surgery on your brain.
I’m just looking for tips on to how to get back in the rhythm of things. I’m doing baby steps - no more soda (again) and no eating out from anywhere.
Any help is appreciated. I know stress is a HUGE factor for me in how I got side tracked.
