Aaliyah not restocked as promised?

Hiii everyone :) the offical Aaliyah page it said her barbie was meant to be restocked on 26th jan at midnight, on Mattel creations and Target it never changed from out of stock to in stock at all, multiple fans saying the same thing!

Does anyone know if it will be restocked at a different time maybe?

It's supposed to be a Black Label doll, is this strange that it never switched to in stock? I want this doll so much, I've been an Aaliyah fan since her first album when I was in high school :(
