Manual heatbed calibration problems

After receiving the new heatbed last week, I followed the instructions provided in the mail and got to the last part, where it recommends to perform manual heatbed tramming.

I followed every step outlined here https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1/maintenance/manual-bed-tramming but the nozzle keeps pushing against the printing surface on the bottom right corner. It doesn't matter how much I tight the screw, It reaches the end and the nozzle still pushed against the heatbed.

Could it be a problem with the X axis? It might not be perfectly straight. It so, can I manually adjust only one side of X axis up and down?

Even with this bad calibration, the printer keeps giving me good results, because of the automatic calibration it does before every print. Is it really necessary to perform this manual calibration?

PS: sent the pictures on the 24th and still haven't received the discount code.
