Silly question, but can I initiate a print from my Macbook and once started, turn my Macbook off?

About to pull the trigger on a P1S as my first 3D printer but I don't want to have to have my laptop on for XX hours while the print completes. Is there a way to use custom designs and have them printed without my laptop needing to be on?
