Does the Act 2 ending pop the Honour mode achievements?

This may sound like a stupid question, but as I'm approaching the end of Act 2 in my Tactician playthrough, I was wondering if the secret Act 2 ending you can get will pop you either the Tactician or Honour mode achievements.
