Help with Ketheric boss on Tactician

I’m having a really difficult time beating it on Tactician. First part taking down Ketheric is fine until Myrkul appears. I’m level 9 Monk (open-hand) and have Shart, Astarion and Minthara with me. I’d appreciate any tips/stagedies.

• I even tried to unleash the Iron Flask enemy before starting combat to take out the mindflayer first. The incubators and the skeletons just keep healing him at the second part though, and the only “good” ranged combat I can do is with Shart and Asstarion :( Also Aylin keeps going straight for Myrkul and dies almost everytime its her turn.

This is the first fight on Tactician I’m really struggling with, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated
