My main character is bugged beyond repair

In act 1 region my character is okay and nothing bad happens , but after traveling to different regions he :

-loses walking animations

-after dying his corpse glitches and goes somewhere

-taking any action on him crashes the game

None of other characters have this problem after traveling to different region

All gear on my character is from game , just like all his abilities

No idea why it happens , please help
