for my birthday i made pavlova with lavender infused whipped cream, lemon curd, fresh and brûléed figs, topped with lemon zest.

please be kind, this is only the second time i’ve ever attempted pavlova. it was also my first time making whipped cream or trying to brûlée anything. i’ve never spent this many hours on a dessert and i’m quite proud of how it turned out. i actually never bake so if it looks bad don’t tell me lol.
