Why was she there?

I’m watching S4 right now and I just genuinely don’t understand why Annie was there. When the other girls asked her why she was a bad girl, even she said “I don’t know”, she’s boring and way too sweet to be in that house, I just don’t think she’s really a bad girl. Do you guys think she earned her spot?
